Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Site Manager’s Assistant to oversee daily facility operations on the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM). The role requires five years of cleaning experience and at least one year in leadership, with mandatory background checks and drug screening.

PPE and uniforms are provided. The position covers maintenance across floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas, including trash removal, window cleaning, and stock control.

Qualifications

• 5 years cleaning experience
• 1 year leadership/supervisor experience
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Must be comfortable wearing PPE: uniforms, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, gloves, safety vest and long pants

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations as Site Manager’s second-in-command.
• Coordinate workflow and support team members.
• Manage manufacturing floor, restrooms, offices, break rooms, lobby and supply closets.
• Perform routine cleaning and security of premises.
