Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Shelbyville, TN is seeking a dedicated cleaner for the 2nd shift (4:00PM–8:00PM), 20 hours per week. The role focuses on high cleanliness standards, safety, and a welcoming environment across the site.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and the manufacturing floor, plus window cleaning and waste management. Background check and drug screening are required.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to focus on day-to-day cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness across the site with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a safe, welcoming environment for all.

***We conduct a background check and drug testing***

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 20hrs/week

• 2nd Shift: 4:00PM-8:00PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• 2nd Shift: $15/hr

Job duties : Responsible for the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, and any other site-specific areas.

• Routine building cleaning
• Restroom cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING!

• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
