Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services Huntsville, AL is hiring a janitorial supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners and ensure all tasks meet quality standards. You will participate in cleaning routes, document completed work, and report to the Site Operations Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, prior janitorial and supervisory experience, and the ability to handle routine and special cleaning projects.

Qualifications

Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Must have previous supervisory experience.
Must have previous janitorial experience.
Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs.
Wear LACOSTA shirt, closed-toed shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE.
Remove all jewelry and accessories.

Responsibilities

Oversee team of cleaners and confirm completion and quality of tasks.
Participate in personal cleaning route and additional projects.
Document all cleaning tasks completed and report updates to Site Operations Manager.
Cooperate with staff as a leader.
Carry out special projects.
Routine building cleaning.
Restroom cleaning.
Window cleaning.
Trash and recycling removal/police grounds for litter.
Sweeping.
Mopping.
Stocking supply rooms.
