Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Site Manager’s Assistant to oversee daily facility operations on the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM). The role requires five years of cleaning experience and at least one year in leadership, with mandatory background checks and drug screening.

PPE and uniforms are provided. The position covers maintenance across floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas, including trash removal, window cleaning, and stock control.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs/week (Full Time)

• 1st Shift: 6AM-2PM

Job Duties:

Serve as the Site Manager’s second-in-command, overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, coordinating workflow, and assuming leadership responsibilities in the Site Manager’s absence.

Responsible for: Manufacturing floor, restrooms, offices, break rooms, lobby, and supply closets.

• Routine building cleaning
• Restroom Cleaning
• Trash removal
• Policing ground for litter
• Window Cleaning
• Sweeping
• Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening
• 5 years cleaning experience
• 1 year leadership/supervisor experience
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Must be comfortable wearing PPE: LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, gloves, safety vest and long pants.

Preferred Qualifications: A perfect position for anyone with previous leadership experience in cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience!
