Job summary

ModWash is hiring an Assistant General Manager at our Turnersville, NJ location. You will lead daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure guests receive an outstanding experience, while supporting the general manager with site and team responsibilities.

You’ll train and motivate the team, manage inventory and safety, and help grow the ModWash brand. The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Handle opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks and safety of employees.
• Seek ways to improve the business and training of team.
• Manage chemical inventory, usage and costs.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Complete administrative duties related to performance and staffing.
