Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring for a Sr Site Management Associate. You will be the primary site admin for enrollment, maintenance, and DBL, coordinating with PIs and study coordinators to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliant, timely site support.

You’ll monitor documentation, drive quality improvements, and aid training on protocol changes and new tools. The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams to sustain site performance and data integrity throughout trial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research or related field.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and clinical trial processes.
• Systems experience with Veeva TMF or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary site admin contact during enrollment and DBL.
• Collaborate with PIs and study coordinators to troubleshoot technical/administrative issues.
• Ensure timely site support and proactive follow-up to maintain engagement.
• Track documentation and systems data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support training and communications on protocol changes and new tools.
