Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Feasibility Specialist to optimize the feasibility of clinical trials and drive site selection. You will work with global study teams, leveraging CTMS data and analytics to ensure well-planned trials with high probabilities of success.

The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with the Global Site Identification and Feasibility Manager, and travel about 15% of the time. A strong background in clinical research is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

Lead on clinical research tasks requiring depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Work with study teams to ensure data accuracy in CTMS.
Support, under supervision, end users for issue/enhancement requests in clinical systems.
Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential sites meeting study criteria.
Assist feasibility launch including system setup and questionnaire outreach.
Communicate with study teams and stakeholders to coordinate feasibility activities.
Track feasibility responses and report to internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot issues in feasibility processes (in-house and outsourced).
