Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to manage permits, plan checks, and occupancy certificates.
• Direct subcontractors and supervise project progress.
• Collaborate with city inspectors and utility inspectors for compliance.
• Provide periodic written progress reports and updates.
• Ensure OSHA and SWPPP safety compliance and maintain a safe site.
