You will coordinate subcontractors, partner with the Construction Manager and VP of Construction, and drive budgets and timelines while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience managing residential projects.
• Experience coordinating with city inspectors and other authorities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Higher education or technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee day-to-day construction activities.
• Work with Project Management for utilities, permits, plan checks, and COs.
• Direct subcontractors and provide periodic reporting and scheduling updates.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance site-wide and SWPPP adherence.
• Attend company events as needed to support team development.
