Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives at the Forest Park, GA plant, implementing TMOS, driving site-level improvements, and partnering with site leaders to standardize processes. You will analyze data, manage projects, and coach teams to achieve operational excellence.

You will collaborate with division CI leaders and sustain manufacturing standards, while delivering training and coaching on CI tools to develop internal capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with Operations leaders to drive change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead change independently.
• Progressive mindset, adaptability, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to implement and sustain TMOS and standard manufacturing processes.
• Serve as a change agent and model leadership behaviors aligned with TMOS.
• Monitor KPIs related to supply chain performance and coach KPI owners.
• Collaborate with division CI leaders to align with enterprise strategies.
• Lead projects to optimize supply chain processes and efficiency.
• Identify improvements and replicate best practices across sites.
• Define scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for site projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the site level.
• Lead project review meetings and report results.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management or related field
