Bibb County School District's School Nutrition Services is seeking a Site Support Area Manager in Macon, GA. This role provides direct oversight of the School Nutrition Program across 12+ assigned schools and ensures compliance with USDA, GA DOE, and local policies while managing budgets and HR processes.

The position requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with 2+ years in school nutrition and supervisory experience; ServSafe certification is required within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years in school nutrition programs experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in school nutrition preferred.
• ServSafe certification must be obtained within first 14 days.
• Knowledge of NSLP, SBP, CACFP and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages oversight and functions of 12+ cafeterias.
• Provides general supervision to School Nutrition Managers and staff.
• Assists in administration of NSLP, SBP, Summer Feeding and CACFP.
• Plans, implements, coordinates and analyzes program effectiveness.
• Develops budgets and monitors profit/loss for cafeterias.
• Participates in staffing allocations and scheduling.
• Supports staff development and hiring processes.
