Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Site MES IT Coordinator to support MES implementation and post-go-live at the manufacturing site level. You will coordinate between site users, Global MES, IT, ERP, and partners to ensure smooth MES operations and ongoing governance.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, managing changes, and guiding users through go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support, while aligning with quality and validation teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, and MES platforms.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of MES applications, interfaces, user access, infrastructure, shopfloor devices, and support processes.
• Experience in business process reengineering, process alignment, requirements clarification, and translating site needs into clear MES requirements.
• Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and CSV expectations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site MES governance, demand, changes, open tickets, priorities, escalations, and improvement items.
• Support L2/L3 site MES assistance, addressing issues and training needs.
• Work with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, Global MES, and IT teams to prevent MES bottlenecks.
• Translate site requirements into MES functionality; liaise with offshore development teams.
• Support site readiness through go-live, hypercare, and steady-state operations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure updated MES processes and access controls.
