Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Primary Care Physician to serve as Site Medical Director at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana.

The physician provides clinical direction, direct patient care, and supervision of medical staff at the site, under the oversight of the Statewide Medical Director.

This full-time day shift role offers excellent compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit sharing, generous PTO, and CME allowance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine training.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction at the site and direct patient care.
• Supervise site medical staff and coordinate with the Statewide Medical Director.
• Collaborate with Health Services Administrator to ensure efficient, clinically appropriate care.
• Participate in CQI, Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics committees as requested.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to serve as the Site Medical Director at Putnamville Correctional Facility located in Greencastle, Indiana.The Physician provides the clinical direction needed to meet the service delivery requirements of the assigned site(s). The Site Medical Director also provides direct clinical services for patients and clinical supervision for medical staff of assigned site(s) under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director.
