Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at Madison Correctional Facility in Madison, IN. The role is 16 hours per week with no nights, holidays, or weekends.

Physicians must be MD/DO board-certified in primary care, hold an active Indiana medical license, and possess an active DEA license. The position includes company-paid malpractice insurance and credentials support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified in primary care.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Ability to pass credentialing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessments and evaluations.
• Treat emergent, urgent, and routine medical issues.
• Supervise medical treatment for chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director and Health Services Administrator.
