Centurion Health in Indiana is seeking a Primary Care Physician to serve as Site Medical Director at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill.

The role provides clinical direction, direct patient care, and supervision of medical staff at the facility, with collaboration on CQI, infection control and therapeutics.

Scheduling is day shift, no nights or weekends, with 4–10s or 5–8s options; generous benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Formación

About the Role

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to serve as the Site Medical Director to fill a newly created role as a full-time Physician at Miami Correctional Facility located in Bunker Hill, Indiana.

The Physician provides the clinical direction needed to meet the service delivery requirements of the assigned site(s). The Site Medical Director also provides direct clinical services for patients and clinical supervision for medical staff of assigned site(s) under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The Site Medical Director will collaborate with Health Services Administrator at the site to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided and will participate in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention and Control and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.

• MD/DO - internal medicine, family medicine or emergency medicine


• Active, unrestricted IN license


• Active, unrestricted DEA
