Agilix Solutions seeks a Site Materials Associate at our West Memphis, AR location to pick customer orders, stage finished products, and perform warehouse duties. Occasional deliveries may be required, and the role reports to the Site Materials Manager.

The candidate will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, maintain inventory organization, and uphold safety standards while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class D driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 12–18 months of warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and safely use material handling equipment.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in pulling and staging products.
• Keep pulling areas clean and products organized on shelves.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Report any damage or malfunctions and connect batteries to chargers.
• Deliver materials to customers when required using company vehicle.
• Transport orders to locations or delivery platforms with proper staging.
• Maintain inventory control and follow safety procedures.
• Support the Site Materials Manager as needed.

Job description

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Associate for our West Memphis, AR location. Responsibilities include picking customer orders with high accuracy rate and staging the finished product. This position will predominantly work warehouse duties but will make deliveries as needed. This role will report to the Site Material Manager.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled as well as accuracy.
• Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelf.
• Operate any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.

Qualifications
