Agilix Solutions is seeking a customer-oriented individual for our warehouse to assure excellent customer service to our customers.

The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by delivering supplies promptly and courteously while using excellent driving habits. This position will predominantly make deliveries but will work in the warehouse as needed.

This role will report to the Warehouse Manager East Region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver material to our customers in a company vehicle.
• Familiarity with an electronic delivery manifest system is a plus.
• Pull purchase orders from business system and pick customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Keep bins and shelf area organized and clean.
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.
• Operate any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Assist in placing incoming items in inventory.
• Performs additional duties as directed.
• 40 Hour work week (Monday – Friday) with occasional overtime as required.
• Union membership required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 3-5 years’ experience in local delivery preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Customer focused attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Able to get in and out of a vehicle multiple times a day.
• Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
