Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Materials Handler to locate and deliver product parts to and from storage and work stations. The role supports inventory accuracy and safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in compiling inventory, verifying lots and quantities, and maintaining stock levels while adhering to ISO and FDA requirements. This position is based at the Hays KS branch and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow work orders to assign materials.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 66%).
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to become qualified for Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from inventory and deliver materials to/from storage and work stations.
• Identify, label, and locate materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers and document deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow ISO/FDA regulations.
• Contribute to team effort and perform other duties as assigned.

Locate and deliver product parts to/from storage and work stations; Assist in maintaining inventory levels; Maintains a safe working environment; contributes to team effort

Primary Objectives And Responsibilities

• Maintains production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies to/from storage and work stations; identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining inventory; documents materials and supplies by recording units delivered and location of units; verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
• Maintains a safe working environment by attending safety training; turning off and locking out equipment not in use; cleaning and maintaining a clean work area. Adhering to ISO and FDA regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Handles all other duties as assigned in order to contribute to overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds required.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow instructions to read work orders in order to determine work assignments or materials or equipment needs
• Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; up to 66% of day.
• Ability to become qualified to perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 0-2 years experience
