Job summary

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Associate at our West Memphis, AR location to perform warehouse duties, pick customer orders with high accuracy, and stage finished products. The role may involve occasional deliveries and reports to the Site Materials Manager.

We value safety, dependability, and teamwork; required are a valid Class D driver’s license, a clean driving record, 12–18 months warehouse experience, and a High School or Associate degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• 12–18 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Class D driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills; able to manage deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and inventory control.
• Can‑do, team‑oriented attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Maintain efficiency in quantity and accuracy of pulls.
• Keep pulling areas clean and organized on shelves.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report any damage and connect battery to charger at shift end.
• Safely deliver materials to customers using a company vehicle.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms.
