Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering (Junior or Senior).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plastic Injection Department with process improvements and data-driven analysis.
• Assist with specification, startup, and validation of new injection molding machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, tooling, automation, quality, and production teams for equipment integration and training.
• Support continuous improvement projects by analyzing production data to reduce cycle time, scrap, and energy use.
• Participate in equipment layout reviews, startup activities, and production readiness checks.
• Document engineering processes and create SOPs, machine specs, layouts, and training materials.
