Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of how injection molding equipment functions.
• Understanding of injection molding processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reading, writing and math basics.
• Able to push/pull on serviceable connections (water, electrical, hydraulic).
• Move or manipulate crane/mold lifting chains and hooks.
• Able to operate an overhead crane safely and proficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, squat and reach to access machine connections.
• Distinguish colors for color-coded connections.
• Must wear bump cap or hard hat when operating crane or machine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Corporate SHE objectives and requirements.
• Set molding machines to correct process parameters for quality parts.
• Provide parts for production as directed by Process Engineers.
• Troubleshoot injection machines, robots, material feed systems, and EOAT.
• Monitor and prevent machine downtime to keep operations efficient.
• Set molds for production.
