Job summary

INP Schweiz AG is seeking an on-site Electrical/Mechanical Engineering professional to act as the main interface for customers, authorities, subcontractors and site personnel on Data Center projects.

You will lead the on-site team, monitor project performance, coordinate commissioning activities, and prepare commissioning documentation and test scripts. Fluent English is required, German a plus, with EU work permit.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field with at least two years of experience in Data Centers.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment such as Transformers, MV/LV switchgear, Diesel Generators, BESS, UPS.
• Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating teams and understanding project scopes and requirements.
• Willingness to work within Europe on challenging Data Center projects.
• Fluent English; German language is an advantage.
• Valid work permit in EU.
