Job summary

INP Schweiz AG seeks an experienced commissioning engineer to lead and execute commissioning of electrical systems for data centers on international projects. You will inspect, configure, test, start-up and commission equipment while coordinating with customers, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires fluent English, willingness to travel within Europe, and a valid EU work permit; German language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least two years of experience in Data Centers.
• Fluent English required (German is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel and work within Europe on challenging Data Center projects.
• Valid work permit in EU.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commissioning activities for Data Center electrical systems and equipment.
• Inspection, configuration, testing, start-up and commissioning activities for electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with customers, subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and guidelines.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, subcontractors and internal back-office teams.
• Prepare commissioning documentation and test scripts.

How you can help us

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least two years of experience in Data Centers
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment e.g.: Transformers , MV/LV switchgear, Diesel Generators, BESS, UPS, etc.
• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international customers, subcontractors and colleagues
• Willingness to travel and work within Europe on challenging Data Center projects
• Fluent English required (German is an advantage)
• Valid work permit in EU
