Mini Mall Storage Properties in Hot Springs, AR is hiring a Site Manager (Self Storage) to deliver outstanding customer service while overseeing daily leasing, rent collection, unit inventory, and site safety. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate repairs, and develop local marketing to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
