Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our facilities. You will help tenants find the right storage solutions while keeping the site safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, overtime management, and staff training, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
