Job summary

Springwell is seeking a Part-Time Dining Site Manager to help run our community dining program for older adults in Northborough and Hudson. The role supports elderly participants by providing nutritious meals, social interaction, and volunteer engagement in a friendly setting.

The position offers $18.00/hour for 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with benefits including paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and efficient and enjoy working with older adults.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs and occasionally covering at other dining sites as needed.
• Willing to attend staff meetings every other month at Springwell in Waltham.
• Some experience with technology (iPad, iPhone) preferred.
• Reliable car, valid driver's license, and safe driving record required.
• Some experience in human services work, preferably with older adults, preferred.
• Experience with food service a plus.

Make a difference with your mornings! Community Nutrition Program seeks a Part-Time Dining Site Manager in Northborough and Hudson to help run our community dining program for older adults.

This program helps alleviate hunger and isolation among the elderly by providing nutritious meals in a community setting where attendees can socialize together and with volunteers and staff.

This position offers $18.00/hour for a 15-hour work week: Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM. Benefits include paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be organized, efficient, and enjoy working with older adults.
