Job summary

Springwell is seeking a Part-Time Traveling Community Food Service Worker to support daily nutrition operations, delivering meals and staffing elder dining sites in Waltham or Marlborough. The position is based out of one location and offers a flexible schedule.

The role involves roughly a 20-hour work week with mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and eligibility for benefits. A reliable car and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• A reliable car and current driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Flexible, able to work independently, friendly, and enjoy working with elders.
• Some experience with elders preferred.
• Knowledge of geographic area a plus.

Responsibilities

• Duties include meal delivery to elders and serving meals at elder lunch sites.
• Staffing staging or community dining sites as assigned.
• Other projects as needed by the Nutrition Department.
