Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a site/branch operations leader responsible for safety, staffing, and customer service in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

The role oversees packaged gas and welding product sales, cylinder production, and distribution at the site location. The candidate will drive safety performance, compliance, and operational efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical, financial, and legal documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in safety and compliance.
  • Experience in industrial gas operations or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leads local team to manage safety/compliance, packaged gas and welding products sales, cylinder production and distribution.
  • Collaborates with Sales and Supply Chain teams to optimize site operations and customer service.

Job description

Responsible for all aspects of thesite (location, branch) operations; safety, staffing and customer servicefunctions working in conjunction with the Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + 10% Bonus

EssentialFunctions

Leads the local team to manage thesafety/compliance performance, packaged gas sales, welding products and hardgoods sales, cylinder production and distribution.

  • Hands-on understanding of industrial gas products, production, and distributionapplications, and associated equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma andlean manufacturing practices.
  • Training in Safety and Compliance (OSHA,DOT, EPA, and FDA)
