Site Manager Medical Staff Services - (252504)

Manages the Hospital/Site Medical Staff Affairs office of Temple University Health System for the Medical and Professional Staff members, ensuring all regulatory and Pennsylvania Department of Health requirements are met. Supports site goals with data reports and information.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
  • 5 Years experience in physician credentialing in a healthcare environment (Required)
  • General experience and knowledge of physician credentialing software (Required)
  • 1 Year experience in a supervisory or leadership role (Required)
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, PA Department of Health regulations, and PA State Board of Medicine licensure requirements (Required)
  • Experience in a hospital setting (Preferred)
License/Certifications
  • CPMSM - Certified Professional Medical Services Management (Preferred)
  • CPCS - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (Preferred)
