Job summary

Tsunami Express Car Wash is hiring a Site Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive operations, and deliver a premium, seamless guest experience at one of our locations.

You’ll use data and coaching to grow revenue, hire and train staff, and maintain a clean, safe site while engaging with the local community and ensuring excellent service. Scheduling varies; shifts are 8–10 hours, weekdays/weekends, full-time 45+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance using data, metrics, and technology to optimize site operations.
• Lead daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members as part of leadership responsibilities.
• Grow revenue by increasing membership sales, retention, and overall site profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.
