Integrated Facility Services Hawaii (IFSH) is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Hawaii properties. The role involves managing maintenance, safety standards, and resident satisfaction while supervising a site team and coordinating with contractors.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in property management, and the ability to oversee budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee site operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain overall site operations.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Foster a sense of community among residents through events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
