Caliber Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Lake Wales. You will hire, train, and develop teammates while driving revenue growth through membership programs and exceptional service.

The role requires at least five years of customer service management, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a team, with a focus on safety, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of customer service management experience required.
• Ability to teach, motivate and coach a team of staff.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Proficient with computer and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop exceptional teammates.
• Drive site revenue by growing memberships monthly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment.
• Cultivate business relationships (house accounts, chambers, marketing).
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure profitability.
• Lead by example and ensure completion with attention to detail.
