Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to lead our new state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash. This role focuses on running daily operations with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and team development.

You will train staff, resolve customer questions, and drive store performance while upholding Caliber Core Values. The position is full-time, with starting pay at $16 per hour plus bonuses and commission, and includes benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience; service industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and drive results
• Proactive in developing strategies to meet client and internal deadlines
• Passionate about delivering superior customer service and driving location success
• Excellent listening, organization, problem solving, and follow-through skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends
• Proficient with computers and POS systems
