Job summary

COMHAR, Inc. seeks a Site Manager for its Developmental Intellectual Disabilities program in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves day-to-day management of participants and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience with IDD/Autism, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma with 4 years supervisory experience working with Intellectual Developmental Disability or Autism.
• Associates degree with 60 college credits in Human Service discipline and 2 years supervisory experience in IDD/Autism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure home complies with 6400 Regulations.
• Supervise DSPs and provide regular individual supervision.
• Offer in-house training to DSPs and encourage professional growth.
• Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and ensure safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to Individual Support Plans for participants.
• Monitor consumer funds for fiscal compliance.
• Support medication administration processes and MAR auditing.
• Maintain quarterly/annual program documentation with Program Specialist.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Provide emergency coverage to homes as needed.
