Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a construction project in Ripley for 1 day. The role focuses on overseeing daily activities, directing both direct and sub-contract operatives, and ensuring safety and progress on site.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and suppliers, maintain site records, and resolve on-site issues quickly while managing logistics and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be hard working and driven.
• CSCS Card for site management is required.
• SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications are required.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.
• Clean driving licence and ID/passport are required.

Job description

3D Personnel are looking for a Site Manager to cover a construction project for 1 day in Ripley.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Overseeing day to day activities on site.
• Giving direction and guidance to direct and sub-contract operatives
• Ensuring everyone on site performs their duties in a safe and professional manner, following project plan and implementing direction from senior project leads
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and suppliers
• Keep accurate site records of deliveries, attendance and progress
• Resolve on-site problems or delays quickly and effectively
• Manage site logistics when needed
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Site Management CSCS Card
• Must hold a valid SMSTS/ SSSTS qualification
• Must have a First Aid At Work Medical Certification
• Must have a Clean Driving Licence and own transport
• Must be hard working and driven
• Must have valid ID/Passport
