Job summary

The Arc San Francisco seeks a Site Manager for the Burlingame Art Reach location to oversee daily operations and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality services for participants. You will coordinate meetings with families, funders and stakeholders, and drive program goals aligned with participants' artistic aspirations.

You will manage budgets, organize schedules, and lead community outreach to create exhibition and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing educational or arts programs.
• Experience managing budgets (1–3 years) and reporting to funders is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse teams in a day program or IDD setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Burlingame Art Reach location.
• Train and supervise 8–10 staff including Lead Instructors; organize staff meetings.
• Lead family, funding source and stakeholder meetings; ensure participant goals focus on artistic aspirations.
