  • Partner with families, school staff, counselors, and other professionals to help students thrive.
  • Serve as a positive role model and create an environment where every young person feels safe, included, and valued.

  • Work collaboratively with school counselors, social workers, administrators, and families to support student well-being.
  • Communicate with professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
Keep Things Running
  • Ensure accurate attendance, program data, and student progress records.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational and grant requirements.
  • Coordinate program spaces with school administration and custodial staff.
  • Ensure spaces are safe, welcoming, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Identify potential risks and protective factors affecting youth.
  • Follow all organizational safety policies, including safe operation of Club vehicles.
THE LEADER WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t have to have every skill on day one. We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, sound judgment, curiosity, and a genuine passion for young people. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of successful leadership experience in education, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Understand trauma-informed practices and how they influence behavior, learning, and engagement.
  • Can confidently lead and develop a team while managing multiple priorities.
  • Build authentic relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Are comfortable working with diverse populations and creating a culture of belonging.
  • Are an independent problem-solver who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively.
  • Are comfortable working afternoon and early evening hours.
  • Have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
