Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned properties in rural developments. You will ensure property performance, compliance with programs, and excellent resident service.

The role requires at least 2 years in housing or administrative work, a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 50% may be involved; part-time schedule on-site offers meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 2+ years housing/administrative experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors with exposure to elements.
• Valid Driver’s License required; travel up to 50% may be necessary.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial document comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Accept and process resident applications and conduct move-ins/outs per programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff training, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Perform regular property inspections and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate with leadership, housing authorities, and external clients.
• Suggest and manage projects to maximize efficiency and profitability.
