Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at its rural development properties. You will ensure property performance, manage rent processes, and enforce program compliance while coordinating with leadership and housing authorities.

The role requires 2+ years of housing or admin experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and the ability to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years housing, administrative, or business experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties.
• Handle rent collections and applicant processing with accuracy.
• Manage move-ins/outs and compliance with programs.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and staff training.
• Monitor expenses to maximize efficiency and profits.
