Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least six months of relevant experience in care/support settings.
• Experience with brain injuries, mental health, or developmental disabilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and maintain adequate staffing ratios.
• Oversee medication management including counts, ordering, documentation, and verification.
• Manage program finances with the Program Coordinator’s oversight.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
