Job summary

Inter-lakes Community Action Partnership in Hot Springs, SD is seeking an on-site Site Manager to oversee Nutrition Site operations, ensure meal service runs smoothly, and deliver a welcoming participant experience.

You will coordinate daily site activities, work with the Nutrition Cook to prepare meals to standards, and help plan upcoming menus while maintaining quality and compliance.

As the day unfolds, you'll jump in alongside the Nutrition Cook when needed, then shift into planning mode-sketching out upcoming menus and making sure the next service is set up for a strong finish. You wrap up knowing the details were handled and the site is ready to do it all again tomorrow.
