Job summary

Inter-lakes Community Action Partnership in Edgemont, SD is seeking a Site Manager to keep our Nutrition Site(s) running smoothly, with meals organized and welcoming for participants.

You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, partner with the Nutrition Cook, and help plan upcoming menus while monitoring service flow and participant experience to ensure quality.

• Strong organization, communication, and customer-service mindset.
• Comfort monitoring quality and following standards consistently.
• Ability to work onsite, full time.

You'll keep a close eye on how participants are experiencing the site, listening for what's working and what needs a quick tune-up. As the day unfolds, you'll jump in alongside the Nutrition Cook when needed, then shift into planning mode-sketching out upcoming menus and making sure the next service is set up for a strong finish. You wrap up knowing the details were handled and the site is ready to do it all again tomorrow.
