Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Site Manager for an on-site leadership role in Braddock, PA. The Senior on-site leader will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a heavy industrial facility, with full responsibility for site performance and team leadership.

Key duties include directing 24/7 operations and maintenance, overseeing budgeting and capital planning, enforcing safety policies, and serving as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations management experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in preventive maintenance programs and industrial safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and manage operations involving heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated skills in project planning, business strategy, and clear, effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 24/7 site operations, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance, including OSHA, DEP, and EPA standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage site financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and capital planning.
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure consistent enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Direct staffing, training, performance management, and professional development of site personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
