Job summary

Kay & Associates, Inc. in Yuma, AZ seeks a Senior On-Site Supervisor to oversee Line, Corrosion Control, Tool Room and aircraft organizational level maintenance on H-1, V-22 and CH-53K aircraft under NAMP and contract requirements. The role serves as primary interface with COR and Corporate Program Management, coordinates daily field team operations, ensures safety, tool control and quality programs, and manages required reports and property control. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) experience.
• 5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience responsible for NAMP.
• 4+ years H-1, V-22, CH-53K or similar aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team.
• Primary interface with Corporate Program Management.
• Document and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
• Primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports.
• Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety and quality programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Summary

Provides supervision of Line, Corrosion Control, Tool Room and Aircraft Organizational Level maintenance support on H-1, V-22 and CH-53K aircraft in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.

Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting H-1, V-22 and CH-53K aircraft.

Essential Functions

• Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports
• Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team
• Perform as primary interface with Corporate Program Management
• Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
• Perform as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports
• Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Duties

• Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
• Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs
• Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
• Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting or standing, use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records and the ability to work in office and hangar environments while wearing required PPE.

Compensation

• $100,000/year + $4.00 H&W/hour
