Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in compliance with customer and CTPS standards.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and internal associates.
• Provide accurate and on-time production, labor and maintenance reports.
• Lead a safety program that follows OSHA Standards and CTPS policies.
• Oversee quality system that is compliant with CTPS standards and SQF.
• Communicate with customers and upper management; handle after-hours contacts as needed.
• Occasional overtime with flex schedule when required.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Manager in Williamsburg, VA!

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Email

Food Safety Management knowledge preferred

Ability to operate forklift and obtain forklift certifications

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically

Duties:

Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations in compliance with customer and CTPS standards

Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and internal associates

Provide accurate and on-time production, labor and maintenance reports

Responsible for leading a safety program that follows OSHA Standards and CTPS policies

Oversee quality system that is compliant with CTPS standards and in compliance with SQF standards

Can lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the day

Establish an effective line of communication with our customers as well as upper management

Perform all duties or requests as needed in a fast-paced work environment

After hours availability via phone or email may be required- alternate contacts need to be assigned during unavailability

Occasional overtime is expected - flex-schedule to compensate for extra hours can be implemented

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am-4pm

On Call outside of schedule if necessary
