Join us as a Store Manager at NAPA Auto Parts

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. If you have a passion for leading others, driving growth, and increasing profits, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Love Retail
• Demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness while operating a market-leading NAPA store
• Take full responsibility for P&L, develop initiatives, and solve roadblock issues

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Support outside sales in developing wholesale accounts
• Build and develop a team committed to excellent customer care and business results
• Continuously improve processes and procedures
• Maintain store security and safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for customer care and relationship building
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stock levels, and seasonal shifts (a plus)
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet business goals
• Customer-focused with high energy
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Technical or Trade school courses or degree
• Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body/collision, or management roles
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications (a plus)
