Blue Falls Car Wash is hiring a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Parma, OH location. You’ll supervise staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure customers receive a friendly, efficient wash experience.

As a full-time leader, you’ll manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance coordination. Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential for driving guest satisfaction and location profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience/ training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, sales and branch operations is desired.

Responsibilities

• Builds a loyal customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
• Maintains cleanliness and equipment quality; coordinates maintenance and chemical care.
• Manages inventory and discount codes; handles invoices and payments.
• Responds to customer and employee issues in a fair, consistent manner.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and daily administrative duties including scheduling.

SITE MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Builds a loyal customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
• Listens effectively to understand and communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and employees all pertinent subject matter.
• Presents a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional image to customers.
• In charge of the location’s maintenance (maintain cleanliness of sites, equipment maintenance/repair & chemical care and quality of the wash service).
• Maintain accountability for the operations of the car washes (inventory, machine functionality & discount codes).
• Invoices customers using proper procedures for charge & credit.
• Handles customer complaints, employee conflicts and daily operational problems in an even-tempered, fair and consistent manner.
• Learns and understands the performance business data and applies it fairly to daily operations and decisions in effort to increase productivity.
• Reaches established monthly goals.
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Responds accurately and on time to all administrative duties and deadlines, including employee scheduling, evaluations, inventory, etc.
• Regularly work Mondays - Sundays, evenings & Holidays.
• The employee regularly works an average of 45 hours per week.
• Occasional travel between locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Functions:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information.
• Frequently moves and lifts up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions.
• Regularly required to use hands/fingers to operate an access machine or telephone
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers. Regularly bends and crouches to repair car wash equipment.
• Continual standing, moving, and walking for consecutive hours during shift.
• Regularly speaks and listens on the phone and in person, to a customer and fellow employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Repair/Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service and branch management operation knowledge and skills are desired.

MISCELLANEOUS
