As our Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash, maintain cleanliness and functionality of the property, and assist throughout the entire car wash process. Starting pay for this position is: $50,000 / year + Bonus & Commission Pay!

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure smooth operation
• Recruit, interview, hire, and performance-manage site-level team members
• Train Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers, and provide ongoing education
• Create team member schedules, assign responsibilities, and set sales and financial goals
• Open and close the site, facilitating daily operations
• Perform minor equipment repairs as trained
• Engage customers, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure a thorough and enjoyable wash experience
• Monitor and control daily labor costs and preventative wash maintenance
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely manner
• Uphold and enforce company policies consistently and correctly
• Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemical usage daily
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently, using clear hand signals and a friendly attitude
• Manage overall site performance to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in a management role
• At least 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in business or a related field (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and service targets (desirable)
• Car Wash experience (preferred)
