Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Site Manager to support a government client across Aurora, CO, Las Cruces, NM, and Harrogate, UK. Manage contractor site resources and lead a skilled team under a defined SOW, ensuring cost, schedule and performance align with government expectations.

Applicants should have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 5+ years of program management exp., and proven ability to operate in secure environments with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are delivered within program guidelines and budgets.
• Lead a skilled workforce to execute the SOW.
• Notify Government POCs of significant facility events.
• Monitor cost, schedule and performance to meet government requirements.
• Maintain staffing continuity during personnel changes and approve allocations.
• Interface with site CO/COTR/CLIN Manager or designee for day-to-day direction.
• Support meetings and ad hoc discussions as required.
• Identify issues and adapt program plans based on customer feedback.
• Use PM procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory and performance.

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Site Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado, Las Cruces, New Mexico and Harrogate, UK

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all contractor site resources in coordination with functional managers
• Support the enterprise Program Manager in reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility and efficiency
• Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets
• Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce to carry out the functions of the SOW
• Notify Government POCs of significant facility events
• Monitor the execution of financial activities to ensure alignment with Government execution requirements per fiscal year
• Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approve staffing alignments /allocations
• Interface with and be responsive to the site CO, COTR, CLIN Manager, GPOC or their designee for day-to-day direction and prioritization of work
• Support meetings and discussions on an ad hoc basis as required
• Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.
• Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
• Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
• Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
  

Qualifications

Required

• Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing programs/projects of similar size, scope and complexity
• Documented experience working in secure Government environments
• Management experience with P&L responsibility
• Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
• Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
• Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
• Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
• Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
• Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.
  

Desired

• Ten (10) years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities.
  

Basic Compensation

$157,700 - $192,800

This rate is for the CO area only.

$143,200 - $175,200

This rate is for the NM area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
