Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to join a leading regional Main Contractor on a permanent basis in the Bury St. Edmunds area.

Projects cover hotels, new builds, refurbishments and extensions, with a focus on timber frame work where required. The role requires proven site management experience in hotels, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications, and a strong all-round construction knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 Site Manager with experience working for a reputable Main Contractor.
• Hotels project experience.
• New build, refurbishment and extensions experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities on hotels projects including new build, refurbishment and extensions.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and supply chain on-site.
• Manage budget, schedule and quality to deliver projects on time and within budget.

A leading Regional Main Contractor have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their Bury St. Edmunds region.

The company have been around for many years and have achieved continuous growth and success, combining traditional values with an innovative and forward thinking approach.

As a business, they carry out new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, hotels, industrial, defence, heritage and housing, up to £50m in value.

They currently have a lot of work within the hotels sector, and are looking for a stand-alone Site Manager well experienced in this area. Projects include new build, refurbishments and extensions. Timber frame experience is ideal.
